Creative Forming Hires New Team Members |
Ripon, WIsconsin, August 2006 - (Ripon, WI) Creative Forming is pleased to announce and welcome three new staff members. Robert Kratchowill, Regional Sales Manager, Jeffrey Balkin, Regional Sales Manager, John Pohl, Manager of Human Resources and Don Slusarek, Chief Financial Officer, have all joined the thermoforming and plastic packaging organization located in Ripon, WI.
Robert Kratchowill has an in-depth understanding not only of the plastics business but also the sales process and its relation to manufacturing, purchasing and other coordinating functions within the organization. He brings to CFI a very successful track record in developing, maintaining and emphasizing long term customer relationships as well as the capability to analyze customer needs and respond to them with creative sales solutions.
Kratchowill graduated from Penn State University, College Park, PA, with a BS in Marketing, and holds an MBA from St. Louis University, St. Louis, MO.
Jeff Balkin joined the Creative Forming team in May 2006. Over a 20 year career, Balkin has successfully performed in a variety of sales management positions. Balkin has worked in the packaging industry including a manufacturer of plastic containers for healthcare, food and chemical markets.
Balkin has a solid understanding and background experience in developing sales relationships. His product knowledge of proprietary and custom plastic closures and containers along with his customer relation skills uniquely qualify him in the development and opening of new markets for CFI.
Balkin graduated from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, with an emphasis in Psychology and Business Management.
John Pohl joined Creative Forming in November 2005 as the Manager of Human Resources. He has an extensive background in Human Resources Management with manufacturing organizations throughout Wisconsin, most recently with Parker Hannifin in Manitowoc, WI.
Pohl graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s in Education, and the University of Hawaii, while serving in the U.S. Air Force, with a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations and Personnel Administration.
Don Slusarek joined Creative in July 2005. Don previously worked at Alloyd Company in DeKalb, IL as their CFO. Slusarek brings his knowledge of the plastics industry to Creative and provides financial analysis for the organization.
Slusarek obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. He also received his Masters of Business Administration from Lewis University in Illinois.
